I keep saying 18 months! ChrisO corrects me "20!". I am in denial! Our big guy is growing like crazy. He is picking up on his speech- trying to say words. My favorite is Lilly. He sticks out his tongue and says "LLLLL". He is really trying to connect his words- Bye Bye Mama. We love how he yells "MAAAMMMAAA!" or "DDAAADDDAA!" when we come in the door. He is learning how to find his voice. It must be hard with Lilly speaking for him. He really understands what we are saying and since he got his tubes we have noticed a big change in his comprehension level. We were hoping for more word- but we will get there. His favorite word is "No" and he says it so often!!
He is our meat eater! He will dig through his food to find the meat. We laugh - a true O'Claire boy! Just like his Dad and Papa!
He continues to love books. He gets one off the shelf and bring it over for you to read. Everytime he insists on sitting on your lap. If the reader is really patient - he will go through 10-15 books. He even brings them to Lilly to read to him!
Our BABA - is a lover. and still loves his snuggles. And a bruiser too. He is still falling over all the time- luckily he is tough. Very typical boy- loves balls- trucks- getting dirty etc.
He is starting to play more with Lilly- reading books- playing school - bath time. We don't want him to grow up either.
