Mariners Fan Day

Today, we had a great day at Mariners Fan Day - actually we only lasted a couple of hours due to the long lines and crowds.

Lilly's favorte thing was running the bases. She loved it and wanted to do it again, and again.

She made it all the way to Third Base! Notice her "girly" M's sweat suit.

We even had a chance to checkout the dug out.

Feeling better

Lilly is doing much better. On Monday, the Dr. told us that her lungs are clear. We are now off the medicine. Whew! By the end of the time, she was so big girl and would do her inhaler without a fight. The funny thing is that she now talks about the doctor all the time - she likes to take her temp and listen to her lungs with her Dad's old doctor kit. We are so excited to have our healthy, happy baby back.

Trip to Hospital

We are doing fine, but Wed night we ended up in the ER because Lilly was having troubles breathing. We were admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and low oxygen levels. We latter found out that it was RSV (viral pneumonia) and she had signs of asthma. We had great care, and Lilly did great, but the entire time she would say "all done" and "Go home." Lilly is a bit spooked now that someone is going to come in and poke her, take her temp, listen to her lungs.

Brighton's Baptism

We are so excited to be Baby Brighton's God Parents. We had the most wondeful day on Vashon for his baptism with all of his family on both sides. . . Lilly loves "baby Brighton", so much that she wanted to be part of the picture too.

We celebrated New Years with some friends on Vashon and had a great time relaxing in the rain. Lilly loves hats and dresing up. The New Years hats were a hit.

We had to also post a picture of Baby Liam because he has cheeks as big as Lilly and we love them.

Eating and cooking

We have a favorite sushi restaurant that we frequent with Lilly. This break we even taught her how to use chop sticks!


Lilly loves cooking with Daddy and Mommy. She pulls up the stool and cooks almost every night with us! She really enjoys making a mess of it too - which is a big deal because we think she is a neat freak! We have to pull out the apron that Aunt Kadie made us.
